SOPK is a cross-platform health tracking application designed to support women with PCOS/SOPK in monitoring menstrual cycles, symptoms, medications, hormonal analyses and daily physiological indicators.

The platform also provides a secure doctor space where authorized healthcare professionals can review patient follow-up data through a controlled access-code mechanism.

Cycle & Symptom Tracking

Track menstrual cycles, daily symptoms and cycle history through structured health records and calendar-based follow-up.

Daily Health Monitoring

Record physiological indicators including weight, hydration, activity, sleep and basal temperature to follow health evolution over time.

Manage medications, treatment intake and hormonal analysis results including FSH, LH and prolactin within the same patient space.

SOPK separates presentation, application logic, API communication and persistence responsibilities across both frontend and backend layers.

The React Native / Expo application communicates with a secured Spring Boot REST API, which applies business and authorization rules before accessing persistent data in PostgreSQL.
